Music giant Saregama is back in the film production arena, with not one but four films. While the company has commenced shooting of ZAROORAT [dir.: Anurag Basu; music: Nadeem-Shravan; being made in association with Mukesh Bhatt], starring Farhan Hashmi and Jiah, the company is all set to start filming three more films one after another. The second film to roll will be made in association with E. Niwas and is titled 11 PM. This project will star four girls and one boy, the Chief Executive of Saregama Films Ltd., Harish Dayani tells me. Next to roll will be PROJECT FM [yes, that's the title of the film!], which is currently being scripted by writers Shiv Subramaniam and Puneeta Choudhary. Hopefully, by January-end, we should be ready with the screenplay and dialogues, Dayani divulges, Only after that will the star cast be finalised. Incidentally, the concept of the film was by the late Anant Balani. The director of the film is under finalisation. Somnath Sen [LEELA] will direct, besides co-producing the fourth venture. It's truly a big film with a huge budget, says Dayani, adding that the project will roll in May this year.
