Remunerative differences have ended one of the most fruitful and creative collaborations of Bollywood. Director Mohit Suri and his mentor and uncles Mahesh & Mukesh Bhatt have parted ways.
Suri would not be directing Aashiqui 3, even after the stupendous success of Ashiqui 2.
Says a source close to the development, "Mohit has been unhappy about money matters for a while now. For Aashiqui 2 he was promised a certain amount, which he eventually did not get. This time he was very sure of the money that he wanted. But the Bhatts declined to pay what Mohit wanted. Mohit has parted ways with the Bhatts."
