It is a known fact that Manoj (HADH KAR DI AAPNE) Agrawal was signed to direct Govinda in Padmalayas next film. But the project underwent a change, with K. Raghavendra Rao stepping in Manoj's shoes at the last minute. So what happened? Why was Manoj shown the door? Manoj was honest to admit that things didn't work out between the producers and him. "But who knows, you may hear of another announcement soon," Manoj laughs. At the moment, Manoj is all set to start a project for producer Sibte Hasan Rizvi, with Govinda, Raveena Tandon and Sonali Bendre in lead roles. The film, which is expected to go on the floors in April, will not be shot in a start-to-finish schedule, "but at a jet speed, to meet the release by the end of the year."
