Madhur Bhandarkar will soon be adding yet another feather to his cap, with Hollywood actor Tom Bower felicitating him with Sophia Special Achievement award at 2014 Syracuse International Film Festival.The film festival that will kick start from 5th to 12th October in New York this year will also screen two of Madhur's films Fashion and Heroine.
After winning 4 National Awards for his films Chandani Bar, Page 3, Fashion and Traffic Signal along with numerous other national and international acclaims, this surely comes as good news for the filmmaker who is now busy with his two films Calendar Girls, based on lives of calendar girls, and Madamji that will star Priyanka Chopra in lead.
