Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra come together for a UNICEF video

After the much talked about cold war between Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor, these two reigning actresses of Bollywood have decided to put it all behind for the well-being of the society. They will be seen together in a UNICEF docu-drama that promotes the development of a girl child and women's education. The said video will be presented by Priyanka Chopra since she is the National Ambassador for UNICEF.

Just a few days ago, Kareena Kapoor was seen promoting secondary education of girls in rural areas and the actress even celebrated Eid with these kids. After this impressive gesture, Priyanka contacted Kareena asking her to feature in this video. Revealing about the incident, Kareena Kapoor mentioned that when Priyanka Chopra asked her to be a part of it, she immediately agreed but she refrained from giving away any more details about the same. Being a UNICEF celebrity advocate, Kareena Kapoor even hosted a dinner along with the Goodwill Ambassador of UNICEF India and mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore in London, where she urged the guests to donate funds for the development of underprivileged kids.

As far as the much talked about competition and controversy between the two actresses are concerned, Kareena curtly denied them and maintained that she and Priyanka Chopra share a mutual respect as well as cordial relation with each other. She also claimed that the reports talking about her rivalry with actresses are mere media generated and she shares a great rapport with most of them in B-town.

Kareena Kapoor is currently riding high on the success of her recent hit Singham Returns and she will next start shooting for Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan, to be directed by Kabir Khan. On the other hand, Priyanka Chopra is busy with the promotions of the upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Mary Kom. Post that, Priyanka will shift focus towards the other three films which includes Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do, Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani and Madhur Bhandarkar's Madamji.
