Another Juhi has arrived! Raj Babbars attractive daughter, Juhi, has made her debut on stage, before entering films. Normally, its the other way round for star-sons and star-daughters, but Juhi is made of different stuff. She made her debut on stage with a bit role in YAHUDI KI LADKI, followed by BALLABHPUR KI ROOPKATHA, but the big break comes in the form of her latest play, BEGUM JAAN, which has mom Nadira Zaheer Babbar enacting the title role. Though cast with her mother, who is a powerhouse of talent, Juhi delivers a performance that stuns you absolutely. Her diction and the ease with which she gets into the character needs to be lauded. The girl is not just a pretty face, but an accomplished actress as well. Juhis next step is films. Reportedly, Ravindra Peepat is directing her debut vehicle, which will focus on exhibiting Juhis talent more than her face. Ketan Mehta has also signed her for his new project. But I really dont know which film would roll first. It all depends on dad, because he wants the script of my first film to be powerful, she says. After having watched her work in BEGUM JAAN, all one can says is, Juhi has oodles of talent and only a powerful script can do justice to her talent!
