Even as he sets off on an all-India promotional campaign for his debut feature-film MISSION MUMBAI, writer-producer-director Rajiv Ruia is in the final stages of scripting his next film. Titled JALAN THE FIRE INSIDE, it is a Hollywood-styled fast-paced thriller, claims Ruia. I would call it a psycho-sexual thriller, on the lines of HAWA and JISM. But it's not that it will only focus on sex, the content will be of paramount importance, informs Ruia, hoping to pack off this modestly-budgeted venture in two schedules, in Goa and Malaysia, respectively. As for the casting, talks are in progress with Manisha Koirala and Mahima Chaudhary for the principal roles, while models like Aryan Vaid, Shawar Ali and Milind Soman are being approached for the male lead. Barring Dilip Sen-Sameer Sen for music, the other cast and credits of the film are still under finalisation.
