Famed artist M.F. Hussain graced the screening of Subhash Ghais IQBAL, directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, a few days ago. Highly inspired by the theme of IQBAL — of bravery, pride and human achievement — Hussain called upon Ghai and expressed his desire to create paintings on its theme. It may be noted that the gifted artist has never put a film on canvas except for the ones directed by him. Also present at the screening were Kiran Shantaram, Dolly Thakore, Javed Ahmed and Police Commissioner A.N. Roy.
