If there wouldn't have been Bollywood, perhaps, negative term like breaks-ups, liaison, affairs, adultery, wouldn't have come out in the open. Thanks to its existence over the years emotions, like love and romance have acquired a frivolous aura around. Love is here today and gone tomorrow in this dream bazaar... And unfortunately its the star who have fallen victim to this. Call whatever you can, but consistency in love is the thing of the past in Bollywood. Forget about the logic, the rationalism behind those heart-breaks. The bottom line remains its a heavy price you gotta pay to find love in Bollywood. The latest couple to be hit by this hurricane is current heartthrob Hrithik Roshan and is beautiful girlfriend Suzanne. It seems his sudden shot to super-stardom is ruining his love-life. When the news about their split up trickled in at our office, we couldn't believe our ears. Because the couple seems to be very much in love with each other. But according to our source the couple who were supposed to be engaged on 14th Feb, the day for lovers, have called it quits. Sad, very sad, that's why we said love is expensive here. The reason for the split is said to be Hrithik's sudden shot to name and fame. His overnight stardom, earned him innumerable female fans and over-whelming applause. There is no harm in earning such intangible things, however letting it go to the head is not right either. And it seems he has fallen victim to the latter. Apparently Hrithik has suddenly become aware of his star-status. "The engagement which was to be a small family affair was cancelled at the last moment because of the hysteria Hrithik has created among the girls. His fan following is primarily among women and a ring around his finger would prove to be professional harakiri at this stage." This was the advice given to him by his close cotter of advisors. The idea was not to ditch or dump his beloved because he really loved Suzanne but idea was to let his love life to lie low. According to close sources Hrithik was not willing to let his girlfriend go but he did not want to over publicise his relationship either. Suzanne meanwhile felt a whole gamut of emotions including disillusionment. Apparently she had believed that her lover boy would be untouched by the success and adulation. During her courtship not for one moment had she believed that her relationship with Roshan would take a back seat once success cught up with them. "It was not as if Suzzanne did not believe in Hrithik," said a source close to the Khan's. "It is just that, like everybody including Hrithik, she was taken aback by the hysteria he had caused and she was not prepared for her life being disrupted because of all this." All attempts to get in touch with Hrithik currently were in vain. He was not reachable on his cell phone nor on his website www.hritikroshan.com and couple of message left on his cell & e-mail haven't drawn any response till writing the same.
