Amidst the chaotic legal battle of Hrithik Roshan and Kangna Ranaut, the actress' side of story was generally presented by her lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui by releasing several statements over the matter. And now, reportedly, giving response to the same is the legal team of Hrithik Roshan who has finally decided to talk about the case to the media.
Several wondered as to why Hrithik Roshan reacted to the reference made by Kangna Ranaut about him being a 'silly ex' at a press meet after which he slapped her with a legal notice of defamation. His legal team apparently has stated that though the actor has remained silent for long owing to the harassment that happened privately via emails sent by Kangna Ranaut, her open statement of a 'silly ex' was a sort of threat of public harassment and the actor did not want to remain mum about the same. Further, the legal team reportedly also asserted that Hrithik's relation with the actress was never emotional or physical of any kind along with there being no evidence of Hrithik and Kangna's so-called relation since there are no paparazzi pictures or selfies or any other images. Hence the statement about the 'ex' was uncalled for.
During this controversy, Hrithik Roshan also received flak for passing an insensitive remark about Kangna Ranaut suffering from Asperger's syndrome in his legal notice allegedly. However, his legal team reportedly clarified that the actor said so because Kangna had mentioned about her health condition in one of the emails sent to him and that he had mentioned the same along with the date of the email in his legal notice. They further also alleged that Hrithik Roshan agreed to follow the legal process because he was told that the notice will be private and the details of the same will not reach the media.
According to the recent report, his legal team also mentioned about the case of an impersonator, the FIR of which was allegedly filed by Hrithik Roshan in December 2014. Further they also added that a relationship was transpired between Kangna and the impostor communicating with the fake id and that the actress further carried her obsession via emails to Hrithik's real id once he mentioned about the impostor during the Karan Johar birthday bash and gave her his real e-mail id.
On the other hand, reportedly taking action against the new FIR filed by Hrithik Roshan in which he had mentioned about the communication between Kangna Ranaut and the impostor, the Cyber Crime division had summoned the actress for recording her statement on the impostor. While the same is still in process, we hear that Kangna will be recording the same on April 30.
