YoYo Honey Singh fans can rejoice. Four months after he turned 'Alcoholic' for The Shaukeens, he would now be heard again for a Bollywood flick. The song is titled 'Birthday Bash' which is not just sung by Honey Singh but also features him in a specially designed music video. This is for the film which has been teasingly titled Dilliwaali Zaalim Girlfriend.
"That's right, it is going to be a treat for all those Honey Singh fans who have patiently waited for him to be back on the musical scene," confirms our source, "Honey Singh had a lot of fun singing and shooting for this song. It is pretty much on the lines of his songs that have turned chartbusters over the years."
This also spells good news for the performer who has been in news for wrong reasons during last few months. Since he hasn't made a public appearance for long, rumors of all kinds have floated around that range from him getting into a scuffle with Shah Rukh Khan to being treated in a rehabilitation center to recuperating from a few physical injuries.
"Well, all of these could well be the stories of the past as there is a lot more to Honey Singh to be back in news for the good reason," says a source connected to the film which features ?Divyendu Sharma (of Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Chashme Baddoor fame), Pradhuman Singh (of Tere Bin Laden fame), Ira Dubey and ex-Miss India Prachi Mishra in principle roles, "While the teaser is already out, the entire music video would be unveiled this evening."
For Honey Singh, this is his first return to scene in 2015 after giving chartbusters like 'Sunny Sunny' [Yaariyaan], 'Chaar Botal Vodka' [Ragini MMS 2], 'Party With The Bhoothnath' [Bhoothnath Returns], 'Ye Fugly Fugly Kya Hai' [Fugly], 'YaarNaa Miley' [Kick], 'Aata Majhi Satakli' [Singham Returns], 'Alcoholic' [The Shaukeens], 'Issey Kehte Hain Hip Hop' and 'Desi Kalakaar' last year.
