Eunuchs have time and again been an inspiration to Bollywood. After films like Tammana and Shabnam Mausi, another true story of eunuchs has inspired a film titled Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. After extensive research on eunuchs from various Indian states former journalist Vayalar Madhav has written and directed the film. Produced by K.P. Varghese of Welgate Cinemafox, the film has been shot extensively in Hyderabad and Kerala. The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Telegu. Divya Dutta, Neha Pendse, Tinnu Anand, Suhasini Mulay, Shrikant Ram, Vyapuri, Madan Bob and Hollywood actress Linda star in the film that explores eunuch's need for honour and dignity.
