She may be down (without a hit!), but her hopes haven't diminished. Diya Mirza is out to prove her detractors wrong. The short period in the industry has taught me a lot, Diya tells us, continuing in the same vein, I'm taking a step ahead every day. People will be in for a surprise when they see my work in DUM (E. Niwas), KOI MERE DIL MEIN HAI (Deepak Ramsay) and PRAN JAAYE PAR CHAAL NA JAAYE (Sanjay Jha). There are a couple of other projects in the pipeline, she adds, but I'll talk about them when I've signed on the dotted line. Awaiting the new Diya!
