First it was behind-the-scene books that caught the fancy of Bollywood makers. It started with 'Sholay' (by Anupama Chopra), followed by 'The Making Of Asoka' (by Mushtaq Shiekh), which chronicled the making of this historical and a few months later, a lavishly illustrated coffee table book on the making of K3G (by Niranjan Iyengar) hit the bookstores. Meanwhile, 'The Spirit Of Lagaan' is in the offing, which has been written by a member of the production team. But the latest fad in Bollywood is comic books that are aimed at kids. It started with the LAGAAN comic book, which met with a positive response, and in the coming days one will get to see the BADHAAI HO BADHAAI book as well as 1931 SHAHEED book. What next?
