Film producer Bunty Walia has now filed an objection with IFTPC (Indian Film and Television Producers' Council), stating that the tagline of UTV's upcoming film Raja Natwarlal 'Aisa Koi Saga Nahi Jise Isne Thaga Nahi', also happens to be the title of his forthcoming film, which is expected go on floors soon.
Speaking about it, he said when he saw Raja Natwarlal's poster; he noticed that its tagline was the actually title of his next film. While he was unsure about a solution in his case, he added that the filmmakers should check with producers' associations before releasing their films' publicity material. He also added that he wanted the Film Producers' Association to bring in strong rules in order to avoid such overlaps of titles and taglines.
Meanwhile, Vikas Mohan (IFTPC's senior Vice President) said that they have forwarded Walia's objection to UTV films and have also requested them not to use the said tagline. On the other hand, UTV Motion Pictures' spokesperson reportedly denied receiving any such complaint and also added that, they will respond suitably when any such complaint is brought to their attention.
