After the comedy JHANKAAR BEATS, director Sujoy Ghosh is certainly in demand. Rumours are afloat that his ambitious project BORIVALI will star acting heavy-weights Amitabh Bachchan and Naseeruddin Shah. But Ghosh is tight-lipped about the development. Just go on speculating. It is fun, he laughs. But is it true that Pritish Nandy Communications, which produced JHANKAAR BEATS earlier, is again putting in money into his project? It is certainly not P.N.C., says Ghosh, putting a full-stop to the rumours. While BORIVALI will go on the floors by 2004, Ghosh is working on the pre-production work of his English venture MINDS WITHOUT FEAR, based on a novel by Rabindranath Tagore. Produced by U.K.-based producer Rajesh Bedi, it will have a mix of Indian and international cast. Besides this, Ghosh has also been approached by fellow director Rohan Sippy to write the screenplay of his next film.
