While Ram Gopal Varma has gone on record to say that his film Department stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati, turns out that Big B only has a special appearance in the film and not a full fledged role.
Shooting of the film is currently on in full swing and Big B joined the shoot yesterday. The veteran actor tweeted, "At shoot Ram Gopal Varma's 'Department' ...new film, first day for me ... another friendly appearance ..Sanjay Dutt and Rana on set!"
Seems like Big B is in a mood for special appearances these days- first in the Hollywood film The Great Gatsby and now in RGV's Department.
