Saahil Khan's latest salvo-an interview to a tabloid claiming he has "intimate" pictures with Ayesha Shroff which he wants to produce in court on camera--has not gone down with the Shroffs.
Ayesha Shroff is in the process of filing a fresh FIR against Saahil.
A close family friend says, "Saahil Khan's latest ploy against Ayesha was to give an interview,apparently totally in defiance of his bail conditions, saying he isn't gay and has 'intimate' pictures of the two. Saahil's lawyer has said he wishes the court proceedings to continue on camera as they want to show intimate pictures. Ayesha's lawyer has replied thatAyesha has nothing to hide and any evidence can be produced in an open court.Ayesha is not backing down and will file a fresh FIR against Saahil's lewd suggestion in the tabloid interview."
The Shroffs' friend feels Saahil Khan has used Ayesha's vulnerability as a wife and mother against her.
Says the family friend, "Saahil knew Ayesha's only weakness is her family. He believes if he drags Ayesha's name and by extension her family,through the mud she'd back off. If Ayesha indeed had something to hide, she might have backed off. All she is guilty of is trying to help Saahil's family. Her crime was to trust them. Now, Ayesha just wants her money back."
The friend informs that threats of intimate revelations won't scare off Ayesha. "Ayesha is not going to get intimidated by the mud-slinging. She knows how to fight back.The court has given 16 January as the next date."
Apparently, Saahil Khan wanted to travel abroad. But the court has denied him permission to do so.
