Chahiye is yet another song by Sanjay Dutt, who has recently recorded for Asha Bhosles music album. Not only Sanjay but his father Sunil Dutt had also recorded a song with Asha 40 years back for his home production film.
Coming back to Ashas new album, it is directed by Shamir Tandon. Chahiye is one of the seven songs from the album that is titled Asha and friends. An interesting thing about this album is ace singer Asha Bhosle has decided to sing with her friends from Bollywood. Her list includes John Abraham, Jackie Shroff, Govinda, Sanjay Majrekar, and Aamir Khan.
