Hansal Mehta was disheartened by the failure of DIL PE MAT LE YAAR. But he has decided to start afresh. The director has already commenced his new project, titled CHHAL, which stars Kay Kay and Jaya Sheel in lead roles. According to sources, the film is based on the underworld, but Hansal is tightlipped about the plot og his film. "It's a thriller," he states, maintaining a veil of secrecy over the project. Viju Shah scores the music of the film, which s produced by Nitin Patil.
