Amitabh sang in his own voice for the movie All the Best. The films stars Akshay Kumar, Sushmita Sen, Aditi Govitrikar, Arjun Ramphal and Paresh Rawal. It is first time in a decade that Amitabh has lent his voice in a film in which he is also acting. The song rendered was the title song called 'A dangerous game is about to begin'. The song starts with Amitabh's dialogue 'Sach bahut hi ajeeb garib hota hai, aksar' Speaking to the press well past the midnight, Bachchan expressed satisfaction about the recording. He credited his superlative performance to Vipul and Gaurang, who are making the film, and music directors Jatin-Lalit. Bachchan plays a negative role in the film. Bachchan kept his appointment for this recording session even though he had a severe back pain after a long shoot in the Film City. Meanwhile in another stint at the Sound City studio at Veera Desai Road in Andheri, Amitabh was found giving the voice-over for opening sequence of the much awaited Lagaan. Aamir requested Amitabh to give the voice over as he felt that the people are confused about the correct pronunciation of the title. Aamir was overheard telling the Big B to stress the word Lagaan in the voice over. Methinks that Aamir has bigger worries to handle than incorrect pronunciation. Beset by endless delays and re-shoots to satisfy the perfectionist Aamir, the film has been delayed twice. Let us hope that the film now releases on schedule.
