The Big B seems to be on a signing spree! Besides KHAKI (Rajkumar Santoshi) and DEEWAAR (Gaurang Doshi), the actor has also been signed by Govind Nihalani for his new venture, titled DEV. Co-starring with Amitabh in the film is Om Puri. It's a contemporary film. Fairly dramatic, Nihalani tells me. Besides the Big B and Om Puri, one more actor is under finalisation (I haven't finalized Akshaye Khanna, Nihalani clarifies). Will A.R. Rahman score the music in this film (Nihalani's THAKSHAK had music by Rahman)? I haven't decided on that either. Believe me, I have yet to finalize things before I make a formal announcement, he laughs. The film will be produced by Nihalani himself and presented by Manmohan Shetty.
