Amitabh Bachchan is one Bollywood star who has a heart of gold. Just last month he helped out a drought-struck village. And now the actor came to rescue some farmers of Andra Pradesh. Around 100 farmers from a village of Andra Pradesh were under heavy debts, which they were unable to repay as a result of the recurring drought. So helpless were they that some of them even committed suicide. When Amitabh learned about their plight he came forward to offer help with a donation of Rs 11 lakhs. Great going Bachchan saab.
