We were the first ones to inform you that Priyanka Chopra plays a negative character in Abbas Mustan's Aitraaz. And in her first negative role, she falsely accuses her ex-love played by Akshay Kumar of raping her to seek revenge. Kareena Kapoor who plays Akshay's typical Indian housewife in the film finally comes out to defend her husband. Also in the film, the svelte Priyanka is married to a business magnate who is more than twice her age played by Amrish Puri. (The duo co-starred earlier in Priyanka's debut Hindi film The Hero). For Aitraaz, the director duo Abbas Mustan are not inspired by any Hollywood film but by the real life story of the NBA basket ball player, Kobe Bryan, who was accused of rape by one of his fans.
