Aftab Shivdasani and Bipasha Basu will head the cast of producer B.S. Shaad's new film, to be directed by Rahul Rawail's nephew, Rajat Rawail. Rajat is the director of the Govinda Tabu Vinay Anand starrer DIL NE PHIR YAAD KIYA. The new film will have music by Anand Raaj Anand.
