Aamir Khan had a five-day visit to Kargil where he interacted with soldiers from Indian army and presented a show for them interspersed with songs and jokes. This was a part of the Independence Day Special 'Jai Jawan', which will be telecast on NDTV. During the shoot, Aamir spent a night in the bunker and also played carrom, chess and cricket with them. This two-hour special will be telecast on August 15 at 9 pm on NDTV India and 10:30 pm on NDTV 24x7.
