Aamir Khan's Taare Zameen Par helped many Indian parents to view their kids in a different light, where our kids, often succumbing to societal pressures, are taught to fight situations. Now, a kid named Nihal who recently got his story on the Facebook page of Humans of Bombay, expressed his wish to meet Aamir Khan and the superstar immediately decided to fulfil it.
It so happened that Nihal, who is suffering from Progeria, posted his story on the popular Facebook page Humans of Bombay where many people residing in the city talk about their personal experiences and life. Nihal in the story that he posted said, "I have a bucket list...I want to go to Disneyland and my father says we're going soon! I want to see the Honda Asimo Robot and I hope that will happen quickly too. I want to meet Aamir Khan and thank him for the movie Tare Zameen Par which gave me courage--but there's not much progress on that one yet!"
On the other hand, when Aamir Khan came across this post, he immediately decided to respond to the same on the social networking site saying, "Hi my friend, you haven't given your name... I would love to meet you. Please let me know when and where, and I will be there. Love. a.P.S. I am so glad that you liked Taare Zameen Par."
