Aabra Ka Dabra’s unique promotion plans

Creative Eye, the makers of the ‘3D Plus’ children’s film Aabra Ka Daabra has tied up with Parle G and Camlin for film promotions. Of it’s publicity budget set at Rs 2.5 crore, a sum of 1 crore will be contributed by Parle G and Camlin. The promotion mainly targeted towards the children includes merchandising around 60 products, which comprises of toys based on characters in the film and a unique 3D book, which can be read using special glasses. That apart it will set up ‘Aabra Ka Daabra’ publicity corners in around 30 select multiplexes all over India, one and half months prior to the release of their film. Further publicity campaigns will be carried out in selected schools and other outlets associated with children. The film budgeted at Rs 7-crore will be released in the holiday season of May in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu versions with around 150 prints across the country.
