"Krrish 3" or should I say the third installment in the epic series of India's First Superhero is a movie that could only have been made by a visionary like Rakesh Roshan... No filmmaker in India has the guts to pull off a high expectation movie like Krrish 3 (we all know how Ra.One turned out)... When he made "Koi Mil Gaya", everyone speculated that it would fall flat but it didn't... Krrish had a similar outcome and Krrish 3 just completes the hat-trick...
Rakesh Roshan's vision of combining good and evil into a bowl of science fantasy and unbelievable visuals is a feat worth clapping for... To script the story of a superhero without the help of a comic book which usually our Internationl Superheroes have a base for, is without doubt the best part of the Krrish franchise...
Krrish 3 starts well with the unraveling of every puzzle piece and slowly and steadily weaves itself into a concrete plot... The 2nd hour adds granularity to the plot and will make you bound to your seats... The climax is of course the USP of Rakesh Roshan's movies and is the epic battle of good and evil...
Hrithik Roshan is without doubt the only actor who has the personality to be a super hero... He is simple with Krishna, sweet with Rohit and menacing with Krrish... Playing three characters in one movie with equal finesse is outstanding...
Kangna is the standout among the girls and Viveik Oberoi is convincing as the villain...
The emotional connect in the movie is something that you may not like to see in a super hero but that's what separates Bollywood from Hollywood... It shows how every super hero is a human first...
The VFX, the action sequences and the thrilling moments are all done by Indian technicians and need a standing ovation... For me the real hero of the movie is Rakesh Roshan, the genius who has made this franchise what it is...
P.S: The songs are the biggest drawback and could have been avoided. Apart of them, the movie has everything which we usually look out for in any Hollywood super hero movie... I take .5 out for the songs, 4/5 is perfect for this movie... Go for it...
