Badlapur Boys is the story of underdogs who rise up to fame with determination as they struggle to create their own identity.

Badlapur, a small village in Uttar Pradesh has an amateur yet talented kabbadi team. Vijay Pasi, a simple man living in the area has always dreamt about joining the... team but he is not allowed so, owing to his father's reputation of a mad man who committed suicide. However, it is the well trained Suraj bhan Singh who comes as a coach and a form of knight in shining armour for this team who has a record of losing the state level competition every year. While Vijay is taken as the eleventh man in the team, his luck changes when he gets to represent his team as a player in the Allahabad State competition when one of his team members get injured. However, it is not just an opportunity for Vijay like his teammates. For him, there is a lot of stake: his love, his dreams, his father's maligned reputation which he vows to clear and a fight for the justice for his villagers.
