SIIMA 2022: Nidhi Subbaiah reveals having a crush on Ranveer Singh; names Hrithik Roshan as her childhood crush
Sandalwood and Tollywood stars brought their fashion A-game to the red carpet of the South Indian International Movie Awards 2022. The stars went all out with their fashion choices this year, from elegantly carrying gowns to tuxedos and suits, South stars are putting their best foot forward. Among many others, actress Nidhi Subbaiah also marked her presence at SIIMA 2022 in a stellar purple-colour gown.
Apart from turning heads with her elegant outfit, Nidhi also grabbed attention with her answers to media questions. Interestingly, she was asked to name three Bollywood celebrities she has a crush on. In her response, the actress replied, “Ranveer Singh after his naked photoshoot. Oh my god, I have a crush on him.” She further added, “Ranbir Kapoor, of course, and Hrithik Roshan because he is my childhood crush.”
Well, SIIMA has awarded Ranveer Singh with the ‘Most Loved Hindi Actor In South India’ award. While receiving the honour, Ranveer said that he is proud of the diversity that India has to offer. In his acceptance speech, the actor asserted, “I’m overwhelmed with gratitude to be able to do this, just to be an artist. I get to do what I love to do for a living. It's because of your love and acceptance, so thank you all.
As the Bajirao Mastani actor continued, he added, “First of all, and most of all you know what I love about our country the most is the diversity that we have in our culture. We are the most diverse country in the world. Every state has such richness and vibrancy in its culture and we as a people must and must celebrate that”.
The 10th edition of SIIMA is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, that is September 10 and 11, in Bangalore.
