Actors Shruti Haasan and Adivi Sesh have once again set the internet abuzz with a new picture from the sets of their highly anticipated film, Dacoit. The photo, shared by Haasan on her social media, has ignited renewed interest among fans who are eagerly awaiting any news about the project.

Shruti Haasan and Adivi Sesh are a fresh pairing on screen, and fans are excited to see their dynamic. The latest picture has only served to heighten expectations for this film.

 

The film is touted as an action drama that revolves around two former lovers forced to reunite for a series of daring robberies. Directed by Shaneil Deo, Deo and Sesh have also penned the film's story and screenplay.

 

Previously, Sesh himself spoke highly of Deo's vision, describing it as grand without being grandiose and elegant without being uppity. “Shaneil Deo has an absolutely fantastic vision. It’s grand without being grandiose and elegant without being uppity. That sort of an elegant eye coupled with a very rustic nature of the script and the characters set in the hinterlands of silent India, its villages and towns make for an explosive, angry combustion that is this film,” Sesh said.

 

Directed by debutante Shaneil Deo, Dacoit is being produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Suniel Narang. The film is presented by Annapurna Studios and is being shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu, making it a Pan-India project.
