Readers would be aware that Samantha Ruth Prabhu, recently underwent a divorce with co-actor Naga Chaitanya, and needless to say, the separation caused many speculations. As rumor mills churned out several gossip pieces about her life and her separation with Naga Chaitanya, the actress has time and again taken a stand for herself and shunned her haters. Amidst all the chaos, she also opted for a spiritual trip to the Himalayas and confessed that it was indeed a much-needed trip.

In an exclusive interview with Filmfare magazine, Samantha Ruth Prabhu spoke about her experience of a spiritual trip and about her taking off on his spiritual cleansing holiday. While she always wanted to visit the Himalayas, according to the actress, everything fell into place quite incidentally when she decided to take off on this vacation. She said, “I’ve always wanted to go to the Himalayas ever since I read the Mahabharata. And my journey happened at the point when I really needed it. Everything was put together within a week. I found the right people to go with on this Char Dham. It was so beautiful and it feels like I just went yesterday.”

 

She added, “What you feel is so strong! I have been to the most beautiful places in the world but the mystique of the Himalayas, the vibration, and the energy is so palpable. Each one of us should visit it at least once in our lifetime.”

 

Interestingly, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is expected to even appear on the much talked about talk show Koffee With Karan, hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar. If reports are to be believed, she will appear on the show with superstar Akshay Kumar. On the other hand, on the work front, the actress has a couple of releases this year which includes the bilingual Yashoda, and the Vijay Deverakonda starrer Kushi.
