RC16: Pre-Look poster of Ram Charan unveiled; first look to be revealed on actor’s birthday

Ahead of Ram Charan’s birthday on March 27, the makers of his upcoming film, tentatively titled #RC16, have unveiled a pre-look poster, setting the stage for the first look reveal on Thursday. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, known for his debut film Uppena, the pan-India project brings together a stellar cast and an accomplished technical crew, making it one of the most anticipated films in production.

The pre-look poster, shared on Instagram, showcases Ram Charan in a rugged and intense avatar, with a back pose that hints at a powerful character. His dishevelled hair, beard, and serious demeanour contribute to the film’s gritty tone, while the subtle detail of a cigar in his hand adds to the intrigue. This first glimpse has already sparked discussions among fans, who are eager to see the full reveal.

 

 

A stellar cast and crew

 

Alongside Ram Charan, the film features Janhvi Kapoor in the lead role, marking her next big project in Telugu cinema. Acclaimed Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar plays a significant role, while Jagapathi Babu and Divyenndu Sharma also join the ensemble cast.

 

The film is backed by Mythri Movie Makers in association with Sukumar Writings and Vriddhi Cinemas, with Venkata Satish Kilaru making his production debut. The technical crew includes some of the biggest names in the industry, with Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman handling the music, R. Rathnavelu ISC as the cinematographer, and Avinash Kolla as the production designer.

 

#RC16 is being developed on a massive scale, with high production values and an emphasis on visual storytelling. Buchi Babu Sana aims to craft a larger-than-life character for Ram Charan, ensuring a visually engaging and intense narrative.
