In a surprising turn of events, the worlds of Tollywood and UFC collided as Telugu actor Rana Daggubati and music composer Anirudh Ravichander teamed up with former UFC champion Anthony Pettis. The unexpected collaboration was hinted at by Pettis himself, who shared a photo with the duo on Instagram on August 13, with the cryptic caption, “Thinking global.”

The post sent fans into a frenzy, as the trio's association was far from anticipated. Rana and Anirudh had recently embarked on a trip to Mexico, fueling speculation about a potential business venture. The actor had shared a photo of himself with Anirudh in Guadalajara on August 12.

 

 

 

 

While the exact nature of their collaboration remains a mystery, it's speculated that Rana and Anirudh might be involved in Pettis' upcoming sports event, APFC, scheduled for later this month. The fact that Pettis tagged both the APFC and the duo's tequila brand, Loca Loka Life, in his post further strengthens this theory.

 

Meanwhile, both Rana and Anirudh have their hands full with their respective film projects. Anirudh is currently working on the music for Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan and Jr NTR's Devara: Part 1. Rana, on the other hand, is also part of the Vettaiyan cast, where he is rumoured to be playing a pivotal antagonistic role. He will also be seen in Rana Naidu season 2.
