Length of Prabhas' The RajaSaab trimmed at eleventh hour
Without a shred of doubt, The RajaSaab is what mass entertainment is about. The film is being built up in the promotions as the consummate entertainer.
However, the makers have decided to buck the trend of 3 hour plus movies (Dhurandhar leading the 3-plus pack) and voluntary cut down the final playing time of The RajaSaab to just under three hours.
A source in the know informed, “The earlier plan was to take the running time into the 3-hour-plus zone. But then both Prabhas and director Maruthi felt that shortening the playing time would make the end-product far more appealing to the audience. So, about 15-20 minutes of the planned final running time was reduced.”
