K-pop group LOONA to not hold press conference and showcase for their comeback in January 2023 amid controversy
South Korean female pop group LOONA will reportedly not hold any promotional showcase for the release of their upcoming album The Origin Album ‘O.’
As Korean tabloid Soompi cites, LOONA’s agency BlockBerry is still discussing the possibility of the members holding a live broadcast on the day of the release.
“LOONA will not be holding a media showcase or fan showcase on the day of their January 3 comeback,” the agency officially announced on December 16. LOONA’s upcoming return will mark the group’s first comeback since Chuu’s exit from the group last month.
Meanwhile, LOONA is a South Korean group comprising of 11 members: HeeJin, Hyunjin, Go Won, Choerry, Olivia Hye and HaSeul, YeoJin, Haseul, Vivi, Yves, JinSoul, Kim Lip. If LOONA makes a comeback in January 2023, this will be their first comeback since “Flip That” in July.
