BTS' Jungkook drops summer mix and band version of his latest hit 'Seven' feat. Latto

The global popstar Jungkook of BTS released “Seven (Weekday Ver.)” remixes today. The Weekday Ver. comes with two tracks: “Seven (feat. Latto) (Summer Mix)” and “Seven (feat. Latto) (Band Ver.).” “Seven (feat. Latto) (Summer Mix)” brings out the summer song’s breezy vibes even further. It takes an energetic 808 bass beat in Jersey Club rhythm with a brass sound and the sound of breaking ocean waves.

“Seven (feat. Latto) (Band Ver.)” stresses the band's sound. The track was used for Jungkook’s TV debut stage of “Seven” on “Good Morning America”’s 2023 Summer Concert Series which took place at Central Park in New York City on July 14.

 

 

 

From Day 1, “Seven” is already breaking records globally. Jung Kook became the first Korean solo artist to debut atop Spotify's Daily Top Song Global Chart (dated July 15) and remained No. 1 for two days. “Seven” also debuted at No. 1 on South Korea’s biggest streaming platform Melon’s Top 100 chart (dated July 15 at midnight KST), becoming the song by a male soloist to make such a feat within the shortest time since release in 2023.

 

“Seven” is a romantic serenade singing one’s wishes to spend every day, seven days a week with a beloved one. The highly-anticipated digital single was written and produced by Grammy-winning producers and songwriters Andrew Watt and Cirkut. Grammy-nominated American rapper Latto teamed up with Jungkook as a featured artist.
