Sonali Bendre says lock-down is not difficult for her as her life is like a quarantine for the past 2 years

Most of us are finding it difficult to cope with this lock-down and this newly formed mandatory habit of staying at home. For actor Sonali Bendre, however, not much has changed. Sonali, who was diagnosed with high-grade cancer in 2018, immediately flew to New York for treatment and has stayed under strict discipline even after she recovered and came home.

Speaking to a portal, Sonali said the last two years of her life were more or less a quarantine only, and hence, the lock-down has not brought much shifts to her lifestyle. However, she added that a lot of people would keep coming to visit her otherwise. That is not the case right now, and she really misses having her visitors over. She added that she was really missing her parents as she was unable to meet them.

 

While she is at high risk of catching Coronavirus owing to her history of cancer, Sonali emphasised that she had a strong immunity. She credits it to the fruits and vegetables she consumes daily.
