Anurag Basu is said to be a great prankster. Whether it is a film or reality show, the director’s pranks have often left many in splits and some even embarrassed. Well, his co-judge in a reality show, Shilpa Shetty was in a spot after Anurag’s prank messages resulted in a fake alarm.Shilpa Shetty is pregnant! Anurag Basu, we hear, who was shooting with Shilpa Shetty for the show Super Dancer 2, decided to prank text the actress’ sister Shamita Shetty during their break. He texted Shamita saying Shilpa is pregnant and the message spread like wild fire amongst family members, friends and well-wishers who decided to give congratulatory calls to the actress. On the other hand, a surprised Shilpa reached out to Shamita and had to convince her that the news is untrue. She soon realized that it was a prank by her Life In A Metro director Anurag Basu.

 

However, knowing his nature, Shilpa Shetty laughed off the incident since she is used to his pranks and decided to continue with the shoot.
