Shehzada: TV actress Debattama Saha expresses gratitude towards fans who showered her with love for her Bollywood debut
Debattama Saha, who is best known for her role as Anokhi in the show ‘Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani’ took her fans by surprise when she was seen in the trailer of Shehzada. While fans discussed about it on social media, they even wished her luck and showered love on her when she was spotted in the trailer. The actress will be essaying the role of Paresh Rawal’s daughter and Kartik’s sister in the forthcoming action romance drama.
Recently, the actress couldn’t hold her excitement when fans of her started trending ‘Proud of You Debattama Saha’. Taking to Instagram she expressed her gratitude towards them by posting a video of her that showcased a photo of her as the video continued to feature different messages on social media that she received from her fans. She posted with a caption expressing gratitude towards them saying, “Forever Grateful to you all... Thank you!”
For the unversed, Shehzada is a remake of the 2020 Telugu blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo co-starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde. While the South version featured Vaishnayi Chaitanya in the same role, Debattama Saha will be seen as Kartik’s loving sister, who often saves him from the wrath of their father played by Paresh Rawal. The Hindi version is directed by Rohit Dhawan and also features Kriti Sanon, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, Sachin Khedekar in pivotal roles and it is slated to release on February 10.
Meanwhile, talking about Debattama, she was last seen in the show Mithai, in which she was playing the lead.
