Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger 3 set to run 24x7 in theatres, Delhi & Middle East first ones to action!

Yash Raj Films' highly anticipated production, Tiger 3, is all set to create a cinematic spectacle as it introduces a 24x7 screening schedule in theatres. Delhi and the Middle East are the first to embrace this round-the-clock movie experience due to the immense demand for the YRF Spy Universe film.

Cinestars Miniplex in Ahmedabad has taken the bold initiative to commence screenings of the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-starrer at 2 a.m. on the upcoming New Year, right after Laxmi Puja. The Middle East theatres are also joining the revolution, with Vox Cinemas in Mirdif, Dubai, kicking off the film at 12:05 a.m., and Nakheel Mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering Tiger 3 screenings from 2 a.m. This decision stems from the fact that Diwali does not affect these territories, enabling them to embrace a 24x7 screening strategy.

 

An industry insider disclosed, “We will mostly see many theatres across the country playing Tiger 3 24x7 from Monday 13 November, the big New Year holiday post Laxmi Puja. There is a strong demand from exhibitors from various parts of the country for this to happen because of the unprecedented buzz around the film.”

 

The source further elaborated, “Delhi is the first city in India to start showing Tiger 3 round the clock. Middle East theatres are also doing it from Sunday onwards which is a holiday in that part of the world and Diwali has no bearing on their release strategy. YRF will see a surge of this demand from across the nation for Tiger 3 in the next few days. This is great for business and the industry because people want to see good cinema and Tiger 3 is a tentpole release of the year!”

 

Tiger 3 marks the third film in the Tiger franchise, in which Salman will return as the titular and OG spy Tiger alongside Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. The action thriller, directed by Maneesh Sharma, will be released in cinemas on November 12.
