Don’t waste time on your failures,” she said, encouraging people to focus energy where it truly counts.

 

A major theme of the event was pivoting; The ability to change direction when a particular opportunity or approach stops moving forward. Her longtime manager Anjula Acharia was also part of the discussion, detailing how their partnership helped shape her crossover from Bollywood to Hollywood.
