A day ago, Bollywood celebrated Mahashivratri where they offered their prayers Lord Shiva. Actors like Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt participated in the much talked about Kumbh Mela and launched the logo of their next Brahmastra. On the other hand, Preity celebrated Mahashivratri in a much more homely manner. She sported a ‘Har Har Mahadev’ shirt along with her hubby Gene Goodenough and posted a picture of the same on her Twitter handle.

 

Moreover, she also had a special message for all her fans where she wished them on the auspicious occasion saying, “May the essence of Lord Shiva destroy all evil thoughts & negativity from within us and spread love, positivity and happiness within us, our family and our surroundings. A very happy #Mahashivratri to you and your family #HarHarMahadev.”

 

While we have seen Gene Goodenough participate in many Indian festivals, it is awesome to see him also celebrate this special day. On the work front, Preity Zinta last featured alongside Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in Bhaiyyaji Superhitt.
