After months of teasing about her pregnancy, rapper Nicki Minaj has confirmed that she is going to be a mom! She is expecting first child with husband Kenneth Petty.

On Monday, July 20, she made the announcement by sharing a series of maternity photos while flaunting her baby bump. "Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement & gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes," she captioned one of her pictures.

 

 

 

She sparked pregnancy rumours in May when she responded to a fan who asked her to share baby bump pictures. "Yea in a couple months. The world ain't ready yet," she wrote.

 

 

 

Speaking to Lil Wayne about her married life in June, she said, "I didn't think it would be as refreshing and calming as it is. Even if you're not married, when you have someone that feels like your soulmate or someone who understands you, it just makes you feel like you're on top of the world."

 

 

 

The news comes in after 10 months since she married Kenneth Petty in October 2019.
