Newlyweds Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani distribute sweets to media after returning to Mumbai

Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani recently created immense buzz after the Pan-Indian actress tied the knot with Bollywood actor-producer in a lavish wedding ceremony in Goa. The couple, after almost a week of celebrations, landed in Mumbai on February 23. Before they started off with the other post-marriage rituals, they decided to share their happiness with the media and were seen interacting with them outside their residence.

Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani landed in Mumbai after their beachside wedding on Friday morning. The couple is said to have later proceeded to Puja Casa, the lavish home of the Bhagnanis located in suburban Mumbai where they were warmly greeted by the media. The couple is expected to have had a brief interaction with them, during which they also distributed sweets to them, continuing a trend of sorts which was followed by many celebrities in the past. It has been learnt that, after returning to Mumbai, the couple will be diving into work and have not made their honeymoon plans as yet because of their hectic schedule.

 

For the unversed, Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani got married in a traditional ceremony on February 21 amid family and friends. The couple also hosted multiple pre-wedding functions in Mumbai and Goa, which included a ‘dhol night’, cocktail bash, sangeet, and haldi with eventually a small reception on the day of the wedding. They shared the first photos from their wedding on Wednesday and captioned it saying, “Mine now and forever” and their hashtag for the wedding was ‘Ab Dono BhagnaNi’.

 

Rakul Preet Singh and Jackky Bhagnani have been dating for a few years now and the couple made their relationship official on social media in 2021. Since then, they have been open about talking about it and have also made several public appearances with each other, besides dedicating love-filled posts on social media.
