Katrina Kaif talks about whether she thinks Bharat is Salman Khan’s BEST performance

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are enjoying every bit of promoting their upcoming blockbuster, Bharat. The duo have not stopped praising the director, Ali Abbas Zafar for this incredible script and all the hard work their team has put in making this a special project. The stars are on the last leg of their promotions and are super excited to show their fans this film. During their promotions, Salman and Katrina spoke about a lot of things in and around the film. In one such exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Katrina opened up about her opinion on Salman’s performance in Bharat.

Katrina said, “It’s always tough for us to make that judgement and I don’t see it like that. I don’t look at films like that. I definitely feel this is going to be a film that we’re all very, very, proud of. I think its Ali’s best script, for sure. It’s a film which is a very beautiful experience; it’s like an event film, it’s coming on Eid, of course and what’s beautiful about it is I think all the effort and all the hard work that has gone in to making the best film possible. It’s not like we’re trying to show scale or do promotions, everyone has just kind of solely focused of creating a film out of a lot of a lot of love and a lot of passion. Right from Atul, who is the producer and has been dealing with the script for a long time, it was a passion project for him to make this film. From the time Salman signed the film till Ali came on board to when I came on board, I fell in love with the script immediately. I became consumed with just trying to get this character right as to the best I could of my ability. So a lot of effort has gone behind it and when you put that much effort behind a film, you’re excited for the audience to see it. Of course there’s always that bit of nerve, and that tension is there and the excitement is there because you know that the effort has gone in the right place.”

Bharat is slated to release on June 5 and stars Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. The songs of the film have already taken the audience by the storm and we can’t wait to watch them create magic on silver screen.
