Jiya Shankar hospitalised during Diwali shares health update: “Still many days of recovery but this too shall pass”

This year, Jiya Shankar couldn't join any Diwali celebrations as usual. Instead, she spent the festival in the hospital due to health issues. Recently, she shared an update on her Instagram story, informing her fans about her hospitalization.

Jiya Shankar posted a collage of four images on her Instagram story. Two of the pictures featured sunflower bouquets and notes. Another showed her cat, while the final snap revealed her hands with IV injections.

 

Along with the picture, the actress provided a health update and wrote, “How this Diwali went by but being surrounded by loved ones is the only thing that’s kept me going. Still many days of recovery but this too shall pass. One day at a time and immense amount of gratitude to have these beautiful people in my life.”

 

Though Jiya Shankar hasn’t shared the reason for her hospitalization, fans are concerned and have sent her well wishes, hoping for her quick recovery.

 

Despite her health issues, Kaatelal & Sons actress Jiya Shankar remains committed to connecting with her fans, even sharing a recent video showing off her new hairstyle. She’s a fan favorite, known for her genuine personality and impressive acting skills, which have earned her admiration and affection.
