First song of Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34, 'Mitra Re' by Arijit Singh and Jasleen Royal to be released on April 2

Ajay Devgn is currently gearing up for the release of his directorial Runway 34. The film which stars Ajay Devgn, Amitabh Bachchan, Rakul Preet Singh, and Boman Irani is less than a month away from its release in theatres. The makers are all set to release the first song- ‘Mitra Re’ from the much-awaited film.

‘Mitra Re’ is sung by Arijit Singh and Jasleen Royal and will be unveiled on April 2, which also marks Ajay Devgn’s birthday. On Friday, the makers dropped a 15-second teaser of the song and Arijit’s soulful voice has already got the audience hooked to the track. The song has been composed by Jasleen Royal and penned by Aditya Sharma.

 

 

Inspired by true incidents, Runway 34 revolves around Captain Vikrant Khanna played by Ajay Devgn, a flying prodigy, whose flight takes a mysterious course after take-off from an international destination. With the thrill of the unknown in the sky, this film showcases Ajay locking horns with the legend of Indian cinema, Amitabh Bachchan; whom he has directed for the first time. The film also features Rakul Preet Singh, as a co-pilot, in a never-seen-before role.

 

Directed by Ajay Devgn, Runway 34 is produced by Ajay Devgn Ffilms. It is co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Vikrant Sharma, Sandeep Harish Kewlani, Tarlok Singh Jethi, Hasnain Husaini and Jay Kanujia. Watch out for Runway 34 on Eid, April 29, 2022!
