Father’s Day Special: BALH 2’s Pihu aka Aarohi, Rajashree Thakur, Archana Puran Singh, Vijayendra Kumeria share their plans

Dedicated to the pillars of our life, we have Mother’s and Father’s Day which help us realize the importance of our parents and all the sacrifices they have made in their lives for our happiness. Commemorating this special day, some celebrities from popular shows on Sony TV like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, the new show Appnapan, Kaamnaa, Mose Chhal Kiye Jaye have spoken about their special plans. Celebrities like Archana Puran Singh, Vijayendra Kumeria and Abhishek Rawat have shared some lovely memories with their parents whereas child actors like Tanmay Rishi Shah and Aarohi Kumata aka Ram and Priya’s daughter Pihu from Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, among others have spoken about their Father’s Day plans.

1. Aarohi Kumawat

Aarohi Kumawat aka Ram and Priya’s daughter Pihu said, “My dad is my superhero. My father is not just my best friend but also someone I can go up to and ask for any kind of advice or suggestion. The best thing that I learned from my father is to stay real and honest to yourself. Whenever I leave for a shoot, he always tells me to give my 100% on set. I’ll gift him a handmade greeting card and chocolates this Father’s day. I’m extremely proud to be his daughter. Happy Father’s Day, Papa."

 

2. Vijayendra Kumeria

Vijayendra Kumeria aka Armaan Oberoi said, “My dad has always been my support system, in every phase of my life. He lives in me, his values, his ideas, his beliefs, his compassion, and even his approach to life. He has taught me to follow my heart, be kind and compassionate. He is who I am and who I will be. Now that I have a beautiful princess in my life, I make sure I am her stepping-stone to success. This year, since I’ll be busy with my shoots so I won’t be able to celebrate it with him, but I’ll definitely plan a special day with him soon.”

 

3. Rajshree Thakur

Rajshree Thakur aka Pallavi said, “I have shared some of my fondest memories with my father. He had always supported me and my dreams, never telling me to back down, even when things did not seem to be working the way I wanted them to. As a daughter, I am lucky to have had a father like him. I am as proud of him as he was of me. I miss him every single day of my life, he was a strong personality and my leader. Father’s Day always brings back the memories I have locked away in my childhood 'pitara'. Every time I open the pandora's box in my mind, I am flooded with sweet reminiscences.”

 

4. Archana Puran Singh

Archana Puran Singh, who is the judge of the comedy reality show, said, “Sadly, my father is no longer with me. He passed away many years ago, and I still wish I could have spent one more father's day with him. He was a traditional man who didn't believe in celebrating a particular day. He is the most generous and caring person I ever knew. I miss him every single day. My children now do it for their father. My only wish or desire is that there was one father’s day that I could spend with him.”

 

 

5. Abhishek Rawat

Abhishek Rawat aka Manav said, "My dad gave me his time, care and love. I remember watching late-night action movies with him and I am planning the same this Father's Day as well. I am very close to my dad and for me, it is a day of gratitude for him. This Father's Day, I thank all the fathers for being pillars of support for their families."

 

6. Tanmay Rishi Shah

Tanmay aka Yatharth said, “My dad is my whole world! He plays multiple roles in my life, from a father to teacher, and friend to my superhero. Every day spent with him becomes a special memory for me. On this Father’s Day, I have planned to surprise him with a cake which I will be baking with the help of my mother, and also make a handmade card with love. I hope he likes this surprise and gets to know how much I love and adore him.”
